We have an exclusive position not available anywhere else. The company is a brand-new game development studio opening in Qatar. We are building a proactive and highly autonomous core team, and we are now looking for a Marketing Art Director.

Why you might like it: This role will give you the opportunity to do what you think is best for the games, their players, and your team. Together, we will create a publisher for mobile midcore projects of class AA+ and release our own games 🚀

📍 Qatar (Relocate) 🏖

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭:
• 8+ years of experience, 4+ years in the Gaming Industry
• Strong understanding of all aspects of art direction and marketing production for mobile games
• Thorough understanding of digital/traditional and graphic art techniques
• Knowledge in either graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or motion design (After Effects, Blender, etc.)
• Experience producing high-quality marketing assets, including promotional art, social media graphics, trailers, and UI/UX elements
• A good understanding of character/environment design is a major asset
• Passion for games and creating fun content
• Self-motivated with excellent communication, organizational skills, team spirit, and proactivity
• Fluent English
