🎉 К 105-летию в ЮФУ открывается научно-образовательный Центр судебного конституционализма
16 октября, в 12.30 на юридическом факультете ЮФУ (ул. Горького, 88, ауд.121-А) состоится открытие научно-образовательного Центра судебного конституционализма.
Примут участие ректор ЮФУ Инна Шевченко, президент ЮФУ Марина Боровская, председатель Законодательного собрания Ростовской области Александр Ищенко, сенатор Российской Федерации Ирина Рукавишникова, председатель Ростовского областного суда Елена Золотарева, председатель арбитражного апелляционного суда № 15 Ольга Авдонина, главный редактор Издательской группы «Юрист», вице-президент ФПА Владислав Гриб, а также представители судебных, иных государственных и муниципальных органов, декан юридического факультета ЮФУ Игорь Зиновьев, заведующие кафедрами юридического факультета ЮФУ, представители других юридических вузов.
📌Панельная дискуссия на тему «Судебный конституционализм в условиях глобальных угроз праву: единство властно-юрисдикционных, научно-образовательных, правоприменительных начал» состоится в 13.30 (ауд.407) с трансляцией в Microsoft Teams.
В дискуссии предполагается участие ведущих ученых и практиков в том числе: судьи Конституционного Суда РФ Н.С. Бондарь и Г.А. Гаджиева, сенатора Российской Федерации И.В. Рукавишниковой, депутата Государственной Думы М.В. Емельянова, представителей судебных органов обшей и арбитражной юрисдикции, региональной и муниципальной власти.

On 16 October, at 12.30 at the law faculty of Southern Federal University (Gorky St., 88, RM.121-A) held the opening of scientific-educational Center of judicial constitutionalism.
Will be attended by the rector of Southern Federal University Inna Shevchenko, President of the SFEDU Marina Borovskaya, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov region Alexander Ishchenko, Senator of the Russian Federation Irina Rukavishnikova, Chairman of the Rostov regional court Elena Zolotareva, the Chairman of the arbitration court of appeal No. 15 Olga Avdonina, chief editor of the Publishing group "Lawyer", the Vice-President of the chamber Vladislav Grib, as well as the representatives of the judiciary, other state and municipal bodies, the Dean of the law faculty of Southern Federal University Igor Zinoviev, head of the departments of the faculty of Southern Federal University, representatives of other law schools.
📌A panel discussion on "Judicial constitutionalism in the context of global threats to law: unity of power-jurisdictional, scientific, educational, and law enforcement principles" will be held at 13.30 (room 407) and broadcast in Microsoft Teams.
Leading scientists and practitioners are expected to participate in the discussion, including: judges of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation N. S. Bondar and G. A. Gadzhiev, Senator of the Russian Federation I. V. Rukavishnikova, State Duma Deputy M. V. Yemelyanov, representatives of judicial bodies of General and arbitration jurisdiction, regional and municipal authorities.

В ЮФУ 19–21 ноября в очно-дистанционном формате проводится V Международная научная конференция «Междисциплинарность в современном социально-гуманитарном знании — 2020».
