I feel like 2024 has been the most eventful year so far (not surprising—I was born in 2000, and I’m also a dragon 🐉)

It felt like a survival race straight out of Squid Game, while other moments were more like an enchanting Emily in Paris story 😙

Every event leaves an impact on us, and each day, we’re a little different from who we were yesterday. It’s so interesting to witness that growth and change.

I hope that in the new year, we continue to grow and become better each day, even when life throws us into situations we’ve only ever seen in movies 🍿🤪

I always talk about the power of dreams and staying positive. On my recent livestream, I shared how helpful it is to write down 100 things you want to achieve—but in the present tense, as if they’ve already come true. Try practicing this more often—it can help you see things from a brighter perspective and give you the strength to take steps toward your goals 🧘‍♀️

Be kind, be honest—first with yourself and then with others—and be happy in the present moment.
