Seajewel – это не просто случайный танкер. Это судно, которое на протяжении последних лет стабильно всплывало в расследованиях о перевозке российской нефти в обход санкций. В Турцию, в Румынию, в неизвестные порты. И вот оно оказалось в Савоне, и у него – внезапно! – пробоина ниже ватерлинии. Как удобно.

Что-то подсказывает, что никакие “подозрительные личности с аквалангами” тут ни при чем. Если и был взрыв, то, скорее всего, этот танкер сам себе и подложил свинью. Вернее, его владельцы. Потому что теневой флот россии – это не что-то мифическое. Это десятки ржавых посудин, собранных по всему миру, которые давно отслужили свой срок, но продолжают курсировать между портами, груженные нефтью, как плавающие бочки с потенциальной экологической катастрофой.

Давайте посмотрим правде в глаза: этот флот существует только потому, что с 2022 года западные санкции загнали россию в угол, а ее нефть перестала быть желанным товаром на цивилизованных рынках. Европейские компании, которые хотят придерживаться санкционной политики, отказались от сотрудничества с русскими нефтетрейдерами. Но вот беда: спрос на дешевую нефть остался. И, как всегда, нашлись схемы.

Одна из них – “флот-призрак”. Судна под мальтийскими, панамскими и прочими флагами, владельцев которых не так просто отследить, перевозят нефть из Новороссийска в Турцию, а потом – как по волшебству – эта же нефть оказывается в портах ЕС, уже с новыми документами и “чистым” происхождением, а значит под санкции не попадает

Но проблема не только в том, что это скрытое нарушение санкций (мы ведь все взрослые люди, правда?). Проблема в том, что эти суда – настоящие ходячие катастрофы. Их латают кое-как, они тонут, ломаются, горят. И Seajewel, похоже, просто первая ласточка.

Сегодня взрыв в Савоне, завтра – утечка нефти у берегов Греции, послезавтра – пожар в порту Роттердама. А может, уже и сегодня, просто пока об этом никто не знает. Или не пишет, потому что рф завезла много денег, чтобы об этом не писали в сми

В связи с этим у меня вопрос к европейским властям: сколько еще таких танкеров должны вспыхнуть или утонуть, чтобы стало ясно – этот теневой флот нельзя просто “отслеживать” и “контролировать”? Потому что его заход в порт – это уже катастрофа. Она или произойдет, или уже произошла.

All we have today are verbal statements, nothing more. Ukraine has not signed any document or agreement that obliges it to do or implement anything, taking into account the interests of the United States, katsapia or the state of Ukraine.

And the point is not that the US is good or bad, but that it is about understanding what is happening in terms of agreements, their ratifications, etc. Zelensky can piss on any agreements with Russia, because legally Putin is an impostor - he can sign and not fulfil them, arguing that it is an order issued by an international court

On Monday, he signed it, on Tuesday he made a statement that he was a little disturbed and forgot that Putin is officially a war criminal, that Ukraine does not negotiate with mentally ill people, according to the Constitution and the Criminal Code, so fuck you and your agreement in the direction of the Russian carbine. Full stop.

Moreover, Zelenskyy can also benefit from all this: he wants a peace agreement, but he simply does not want to destroy international law - if today we sign an agreement with a criminal for whom an international warrant has been issued and who for some reason considers himself a legitimate president, this sets a precedent - all dictators in the world are no longer dictators, but officially elected politicians

Therefore, for international law to work, a double treaty with Putin's signature on it makes no sense to sign at all, let alone implement

And I'm not even talking about the fact that you can sign any real treaty, come to Ukraine and (before the Ukrainians give you a hard time) quickly declare that the people are against such an agreement, so fuck you, let's hold a conditional referendum - I can't go against the will of the people who elected me. You just have to wait a little bit.

And if you want it to happen sooner, then make the fuckers stop shooting, otherwise the process will be delayed with inconvenient clauses of the agreement being put to a referendum. First security, then the referendum - solve the issues, we'll be in touch if you need us.

The question is not about betrayal, not about victory, but about the understanding that no one wants to compromise their own interests, that everyone will try to fuck each other over and include in the agreement as many statements as possible that can be interpreted in two ways and in favour of the one who wants to break the agreement. This has always been the policy, in case anyone has forgotten

There is no way to reach an agreement in the middle. Our situation with the Katsaps can be called a diplomatic deadlock or positional bargaining, because when it comes to negotiations, both sides deliberately put forward unrealistic conditions to manipulate the process.
