Does anyone see the desire of the Katsaps not to occupy and destroy Ukraine completely? Personally, I do not. All we have today are verbal statements, nothing more. Ukraine has not signed any document or agreement that obliges it to do or implement anything, taking into account the interests of the United States, katsapia or the state of Ukraine.

The United States and the Russians can agree on anything, they can even call us fascists (Ilona wants to, but she's still shy). However, we don't give a shit, because for Ukraine, the interests of the state of Ukraine have always been, are and will be the most important, not what anyone thinks of us

And the point is not that the US is good or bad, but that it is about understanding what is happening in terms of agreements, their ratifications, etc. Zelensky can piss on any agreements with Russia, because legally Putin is an impostor - he can sign and not fulfil them, arguing that it is an order issued by an international court

On Monday, he signed it, on Tuesday he made a statement that he was a little disturbed and forgot that Putin is officially a war criminal, that Ukraine does not negotiate with mentally ill people, according to the Constitution and the Criminal Code, so fuck you and your agreement in the direction of the Russian carbine. Full stop.

Moreover, Zelenskyy can also benefit from all this: he wants a peace agreement, but he simply does not want to destroy international law - if today we sign an agreement with a criminal for whom an international warrant has been issued and who for some reason considers himself a legitimate president, this sets a precedent - all dictators in the world are no longer dictators, but officially elected politicians

Therefore, for international law to work, a double treaty with Putin's signature on it makes no sense to sign at all, let alone implement

And I'm not even talking about the fact that you can sign any real treaty, come to Ukraine and (before the Ukrainians give you a hard time) quickly declare that the people are against such an agreement, so fuck you, let's hold a conditional referendum - I can't go against the will of the people who elected me. You just have to wait a little bit.

And if you want it to happen sooner, then make the fuckers stop shooting, otherwise the process will be delayed with inconvenient clauses of the agreement being put to a referendum. First security, then the referendum - solve the issues, we'll be in touch if you need us.

The question is not about betrayal, not about victory, but about the understanding that no one wants to compromise their own interests, that everyone will try to fuck each other over and include in the agreement as many statements as possible that can be interpreted in two ways and in favour of the one who wants to break the agreement. This has always been the policy, in case anyone has forgotten

There is no way to reach an agreement in the middle. Our situation with the Katsaps can be called a diplomatic deadlock or positional bargaining, because when it comes to negotiations, both sides deliberately put forward unrealistic conditions to manipulate the process.

Our negotiation process has everything

Maximalist demands - when the parties deliberately set excessive conditions.

Scorched earth tactics - when the goal is not to reach an agreement but to block the negotiation process.

And the dilemma of a mutually unacceptable compromise - when neither party is ready to make concessions, and the demands are formulated in such a way as to be rejected.

And the tactic of ultimatums - when the demands are formulated in such a way that they cannot be fulfilled

And deliberately failed negotiations - when negotiations are held for show, but are doomed to failure in advance.

And most importantly, the Russians are doing this on purpose to avoid reaching an agreement, so we can safely talk about imitating future negotiations.

Or rather, not even both sides - in our case, the aggressor also has the audacity to pump some rights

Russia uses negotiations as a tool of information warfare, with no intention of achieving real peace. Demands for "demilitarisation" and "denazification" of Ukraine are euphemisms that actually mean Kyiv's surrender. The use of the terms "special military operation" instead of "war" is deliberate to hide the aggression. Russia is setting deliberately unacceptable conditions to justify further aggression and shift the responsibility onto Ukraine.

But you already know this.

So let's get back to where we were sold, surrendered, etc. - to official documents that no one has seen so far and can only operate on verbal statements that are available in the media. If there are no such documents, then in fact there is nothing to talk about - you don't react to the statements of the so-called new messiahs who claim that a comet will definitely hit the planet this year, we will all die, etc.

The question then arises: if there is no betrayal, then there must be victory. Where is it?Fuck knows, to be honest. My criterion for betrayal is simple: the supply of weapons and money has stopped. If this is happening as usual, then it doesn't matter what anyone is talking about, period.

Everything else is water, dust and cheap manipulation. Because there is no truth, only interpretations of it

The moral is simple. Keep your heads cool. Make a clear distinction between the types of agreements, the powers of the signatories, the legality and the possibility of ratification - this will save your nervous system, which has been fucked up for a long time

We have our own work to do, ladies and gentlemen. Moskal is not a mammoth, it will not die out on its own. We keep the line
