Community Evaluation
Phase 1: Image Quality
Judging Criteria
Read this post for information about Community Evaluation.
In this phase, we're only evaluating video quality:
β = video quality is acceptable
π« = video quality is too low
Itβs not important whether you like the video, whether it is expressive or related to any emotion at all β that will be covered in the next phase.
Before you begin, study the examples above.
Good quality reaction videos:
1. Have crisp, high image quality. No visible compression artifacts, no pixelation, etc.

2. Have good contrast and color balance. Not too dark β unless darkness is fundamental for the depicted scene.

3. Fit their frame perfectly β without black bars and without squishing or stretching the image.

4. May have barely noticeable lines on the borders.

5. Do not include irrelevant or random frames that cause a blinking effect.
