💎 The Notcoin Bonus Program is over!

Our program created quite a buzz, especially in the last few days when the Notcoin exchange rate increased significantly. Such activity caused the total prize pool of one billion NOT to end a bit early, with the final campaign period lasting 20 days (from May 11 to May 30).

🎨 Wallet Design Competition 2024: Results

❤️ TON Space: The importance of your recovery phrase

When you create a TON Space (your non-custodial wallet), you receive a recovery phrase consisting of 24 words, which you can view in the settings.

The recovery phrase is sometimes referred to as a "seed phrase".

Remember, the recovery phrase is your access key to your TON Space. It is crucial to keep it safe and secret. If you lose it, you won't be able to restore access to your TON Space 💎

To protect against such situations, TON Space has an email backup function. By setting it up, you can restore access to your TON Space, even if you lose your recovery phrase. Enable this feature by linking your email address to your TON Space in the settings.

🗣 Wallet is now available in Arabic

We’re excited to announce that Wallet now fully supports Arabic! Arabic speakers can enjoy all Wallet features in their native language.

To change the language, navigate to Settings, select “Wallet language” and choose Arabic.

🗣 Wallet: Now in Ukrainian

Wallet just got more convenient — we’ve added support for the Ukrainian language, bringing the total number of languages in Wallet to 16.

To change the language, go to “Settings” and select “Wallet Language”.

💎 TON Space will support gasless transactions

If you are new to crypto and your friend sends you USDt or Notcoin in TON Space, you might struggle with further actions. This is because any transaction with these tokens requires a fee paid exclusively in Toncoin (similar to other blockchains).

There are many such users in our ecosystem, and it's a significant challenge for onboarding!

TON aims to eliminate this obstacle by implementing the new W5 standard. With this new wallet standard, users will be able to pay fees in USDt and Notcoin, eliminating the need to pay gas fees in Toncoin, that's why it's called gasless. ✈

TON Space begins transitioning to the new W5 wallet standard together with the whole ecosystem. Starting today, all new TON Space accounts will be created as W5 by default, and gasless transactions will be available for TON Space users by the end of August.

TON aims to onboard hundreds of millions people into crypto, and most of them will not face the burden of “gas” fees ✈
