የ #አረንጓዴዓሻራ የችግኝ ተከላ ወቅት ሥራችን ያስቀመጥነውን ግብ በሚያሳካ መልካም አጀማመር ላይ ይገኛል። የኅብረተሰባችንም የችግኝ ተከላ ተነሳሽነት ከፍተኛ ነው። ዛሬ በጫካ ፕሮጀክት ስፍራ የአፕል ችግኞችን ተክለናል። በአካባቢው የተደረገውን የዘንድሮውን ችግኝ ተከላ ለየት የሚያደርገው ቀድሞ የነበረው የባህርዛፍ ሽፋን ተወግዶ በሀገር በቀል የእርከን ሥራ እና ተክል የተተካ መሆኑ ነው። ከሀረር አካባቢ እና ከኮንሶ የመጡ ህዝቦቻችን አፈር እንዳይሸረሸር የሚያደርገውን ጊዜ የማይሽረውን ክህሎታቸውን አካፍለውናል። በከተሞች የምንሠራውን የአረንጓዴ አሻራ ጥረቶቻችንን በጋራ በማስፋፋት የአዲስ አበባን አረንጓዴ ሽፋን መጨመር እንችላለን።

Progressing into our #GreenLegacy season, public spirit for planting is high, and we are off to a good start in reaching our target. As we plant apple trees in Chaka this morning, what’s different about this year is that the area we are planting at was filled with eucalyptus trees, which have since been removed to make way for traditional terracing practices. Our people from Harar and Konso have brought their timeless skill and practice of terracing to help with soil preservation. By collectively intensifying our #GreenLegacy within cities, Addis Ababa’s green coverage can increase, creating a balance between green and grey.

ለ #ጽዱኢትዮጵያ ንቅናቄ ጥሪ ስናቀርብ ዜጎቻችን በከፍተኛ ተነሳሽነት በሥራው ተሳትፈዋል። ዋናው አላማችን አካባቢያችንን ሳቢ በማድረግ መፀዳጃ ቤት የመጠቀም ባህላችንን ከመሠረቱ ማዳበር ነበር። ዛሬ በዜጎቻችን በዋጋ የማይተመን የልብ መዋጮ እና እምነት የተገነቡትን ሥራዎች በቦታው በመገኘት ገምግመናል። ከፍተኛ ጥራት ባላቸው ጠንካራ እና ዘመን ተሻጋሪ በሆኑ ቁሶች በመጠቀም ደረጃቸውን የጠበቁ የህዝብ መፀዳጃ ቤቶች ለመገንባት ቁርጠኝነት ይዘናል። ይህ የሥራው መጀመሪያ ነው። በእናንተ ያላሰለሰ ድጋፍ የጀመርናቸውን ሥራዎች እናስፋፋለን።

Today, we are on-site to assess the progress made possible through the invaluable contributions and trust of our citizens. By using durable materials and ensuring high-quality finishing, we are committed to building up-to-standard public toilets. This is just the beginning, and with your continued support, we aim to expand this initiative nationwide.
